Cancellation Policy
In order to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 night you must cancel within the time frame specified below:
September-February: 24 hours prior to arrival
March-August: 7 days prior to arrival
Special Events/Holidays: 14 days prior to arrival
Third Party bookings require 7 days prior to arrival cancellation
Early check-outs are subject to a one night cancellation fee.
If booking a Non-Refundable rate, no refund will be issued after booking confirmation and payment is made in full.
Damages
You will be responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings (fee will be assessed according to damage). No hair dye or tanner is to be used in rooms. Staining from hair dye or tanner to tub, towels, etc will result in a damage fee.
Minimum Nights Required
March-August: 2 night weekend minimum
Labor Day/Memorial Day: 3 nights required
Georgia/Florida: 2 nights required
New Year: 2 nights required
Pet Policy
A limited number of pet rooms are available upon request and require a non-refundable pet fee of $200 (per pet/per stay). Only dogs (under 40lbs and older than 2 years of age) are allowed. Pets are not permitted to be in any room not listed as a pet room. Call for details of pet rooms at the motel. Violation of the pet policy can result in additional cleaning or damage fees and being asked to leave the motel without refund.
Rates
All rates are subject to state and local taxes and are subject to change without notice. Holidays are subject to peak season rates.
Pool Towel Signout
Pool towels must be signed out. There will be a $25.00 fee per towel that is not returned by the end of your stay. You are responsible for the towels once they are signed out to you.
Grills
Grilling is not allowed anywhere on Beachside Motel property.
Bait/Fish/Fishing Poles
No bait, caught fish, or fishing poles/coolers are to be in the rooms. No raw fish is to be stored in motel refrigerators. Minimum $100 for violations.
Smoking
Smoking of marijuana/CBD medical or otherwise is NOT permitted in ROOMS or anywhere on Beachside Motel property.
Smoking of cigarettes, vapes, cigars, etc; is NOT permitted in ROOMS. Smoking guests must be considerate of the other guests and surroundings when smoking on the premises. “Violations of the smoking policy will result in a minimum $100 fee.”

Smoking, Vaping & Cannabis Policy
100% Smoke-Free and Vape-Free Property
To provide a clean, healthy, and enjoyable environment for all guests and employees, Beachside Motel is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property.
The use of any smoking or vaping product is prohibited anywhere on the property, including but not limited to:
- Guest rooms
- Balconies and patios
- Exterior walkways and breezeways
- Pool and pool deck areas
- Parking areas
- Common areas
- Entryways and sidewalks
- Any other area of motel property
This policy applies to all forms of smoking, vaping, and inhalation devices, including but not limited to:
- Cigarettes
- Cigars
- Pipes
- Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes)
- Vape pens and vaping devices
- Tobacco products
- Cannabis products, including medical marijuana
- Any other smoking or vapor-producing substance
Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a minimum cleaning and remediation fee of $250, charged to the payment method on file. Additional charges may apply if further cleaning, repairs, or loss of revenue occurs as a result of the violation. Violation of this policy may also result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guests who require medication should contact their healthcare provider regarding alternative methods of administration that comply with this policy.
By making a reservation and/or checking into Beachside Motel, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with this Smoking, Vaping, and Cannabis Policy.
Parking
Parking permit required (will be given at check-in), all others will be towed.
