Terms and conditions
There is a two day minimum stay on weekends from March 10 until the end of August.
We follow a 24 hour cancellation policy from after Labor Day until March 9 (except for special events).
A 7 day cancellation policy, from the end of the Concourse Car Show (second Sunday of March) until 1st of September (except for special events).
Special Events:
Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend, the last weekend in Oct., GA/FL game, Concourse car show the second weekend in March and holidays; during these dates a 14 day cancellation policy applies.
In case any of the above stated policies is not respected the cancellation fee is 1 Night.
